Desert Chicory is a flower that is more beautiful on the underside than the top. The seemingly simply white flowers disguise a candy striped underside which can be seen in the buds before they open. This flower was blooming in a mass of Desert Pincushion, creating a sense of abundance and hosting numerous bees, butterflies, and other pollinators.
